About the Come Home to You Challenge

My goal in setting up these interviews was to understand the needs and struggles of others around managing self care time while juggling full lives in preparation for our 30-day Come Home to You Challenge.

I invite you to reflect on the exact questions I posed to each person I spoke to :

  1. How have the past two years impacted the way you work, live and take care of yourself? What’s working, what’s not?
  2. What would you like to be different / where do you want to get to / how do you want to Be/feel (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually)?
  3. What would progress/success look like to you?

The answer to that last question revealed more than I expected. A few people I interviewed said success to them equals more Joy, others said having energy left over at the end of the day, another expressed the deep desire to stop rushing all the time and to feel more at ease.

Research studies along with deep experiential practices show that the way we think and move has a direct impact on our biology, our psychology and how we move forward in our lives.

That means, the way we move our bodies (or not) has a direct influence on how we feel most of the time.

The Power of Your Mood

Energized and happier or lethargic and grim. When we are happier with who we are, more goodness spreads exponentially into all other areas of our lives.

Most people know that healthier habits are important yet they struggle with being consistent. Which is why we have developed this new program. To help others tune into themselves more often and to feel inspired and supported while taking the journey inward and outward.

Bite sized wellness routines and rituals are now more popular than ever to help us stay focused, strong, energized and aligned with the life we want. Numerous gateways exist to help us each come home to ourselves to feel more at ease, relaxed and whole.

We have curated short practices to help you feel more calm in under 10 minutes or to get fired up and focused before an important day or deadline by using an ancient practice that moves energy through our body to enhance how our brain functions.

I’ll be practicing right along side you.

5-15 minutes a day is all it takes.

The Next 30 day Come Home to You Challenge is coming soon.

We fall/we get up, we fail/we succeed, we leave parts of ourselves behind at times, yet we can always come back Home.

If you like the feeling of being supported, encouraged and even nudged to do things differently to move you in the direction you most desire, I invite you to consider taking part in our 30 day Come Home to You challenge.

We’ll move, breathe, meditate, laugh, learn, journal, and celebrate each other through the use of our self-directed, easy to use App. Come hang out (virtually) with other like-minded and like hearted people who want to feel better and be better to live more fully.

I can’t wait to spend the month of February with you. This edition of the Come Home to You challenge is our Love edition in alignment with heart month and Valentines day.
