Healthy, Happy Chewy Almond Biscuits

​Sometimes it is the simplest things in life that spark moments of happiness. For me, the fond memories of sipping afternoon tea and biting into warm fresh biscuits with my grandmother ​brings joy and inspiration. Although she has passed on, she still holds a special place in my heart. I keep her tea cups close at hand for the times I can savour a “cupper” as she would call it in her honour along with a little home made biscuit of my own.
