Laura Is the Co-Founder and Chief Well-Being and Happiness Officer of the  School of Happiness, an organization which focuses on solutions for happiness and well-being for individuals and companies.

Laura is a wellness expert and movement/posture specialist whose mission is to guide people to cultivate a healthy body, a clear mind, and a happy heart leading to optimal health, happiness and fulfillment at home and at work. Feel better, be better, live better and enjoy feeling more at home within yourself.

She empowers others through healthy lifestyle and wellness coaching and draws upon various resources to customize an approach for each client. Her tool kit combines the best of these disciplines:  exercise science, positive psychology, yoga, meditation, energy balancing, stress reduction strategies, functional fitness and wellness programming.

A Passion for Lifestyle Balance, Wellness, Yoga and Fitness

Laura draws upon her 30 years of teaching experience as an educator in the fitness and yoga industries to create fun and effective programming for other wellness seekers. She is the former editor of Beyond Fitness magazine and writes for various publications on the topic of happiness and well-being.  

She is the former recipient of the canfitpro presenter of the year award and the Distinctive Women Trail Blazer of the Year award for 2016. Laura enjoys teaching and presenting at conferences and in companies across the country and virtually.

Laura has an engaging and skillful approach to make fitness, yoga and wellness practices accessible to everyone.
