Yoga Programs and
à la Carte Classes
(bilingual English & French)
At the School of Happiness we primarily focus on Hatha and Flow yoga styles. They are more accessible to most because of their pleasant moderate tempo, but still offer interesting challenges, options and variety. Other than the yoga mat we occasionally use props or equipment such as the yoga strap, bolster, and blocks yet we keep equipment needs to its simplest form.
You can enjoy both stand alone classes that target a particular part of the body, or theme and/or a yoga program series where we explore deeper body systems in a progressive way. From finding peace and calm, to developing flexibility and joint mobility, better posture or balance, our yoga classes and series will assist you toward vitality and well being.
FunFit Programs and
à la Carte Classes

FunFit is our branded functional fitness style of classes. Although FunFit can get pretty elaborate we keep most classes very simple and equipment to its minimum. We understand not everyone has access to the Bender Ball, bands, stability balls, foam rollers and more.
We offer both program series that are designed with a particular fitness and wellness goal in mind, along with targeted FunFit stand alone classes for those who like to keep it simple. Some of our series focus on daily activities to keep us in shape to do the activities we love such as: our joint friendly body tune up and our popular GardenFit class to prepare your body to frequent and repetitive movements and to help avoid painful recovery periods after working outdoors.
