Laura Warf is the Co-Founder and Chief Well-Being and Happiness Officer of the School of Happiness, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and companies cultivate sustainable well-being from the inside out.
For over 30 years, Laura has guided people toward a healthy body, a clear mind, and a happy heart. Her work bridges movement science and positive psychology, blending posture alignment, yoga, meditation, stress resilience, and functional fitness into practical tools that create real change.
She believes that when we align the body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate emotional awareness, we don’t just reduce pain or stress — we rediscover joy. Her mission is simple: Feel better. Move better. Live better. And feel truly at home within yourself.
Laura empowers individuals and teams through lifestyle and wellness coaching, drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes exercise science, positive psychology, meditation, energy balancing, stress reduction strategies, and customized wellness programming. Each approach is tailored — because well-being is not one-size-fits-all.
Through the School of Happiness Wheel and the framework of “The 8 Essential Elements to Health and Happiness,” she helps people evaluate their current balance and take meaningful, sustainable action.

With three decades of experience as a fitness educator, yoga teacher, presenter, and studio owner, Laura creates programming that is both practical and inspiring. She is the former editor of Beyond Fitness magazine and has written extensively on happiness and well-being.
Laura is a recipient of the canfitpro Presenter of the Year Award and the Distinctive Women Trail Blazer of the Year Award. She presents at conferences, leads corporate wellness programs, and facilitates online experiences that make movement and mindfulness accessible to all.
Her approach is engaging, compassionate, and grounded in science — helping people move better, think clearer, and live with greater vitality.
