Laura Is the co-founder and chief happiness officer of the  School of Happiness, an organization which focuses on solutions for happiness and well-being for individuals and companies.

Laura is a wellness expert and movement specialist who enjoys informing and inspiring people to live well from the inside out. She offers services in healthy lifestyle coaching, yoga, meditation, energy balancing, stress reduction strategies, functional fitness and wellness programming.

A healthier, happier and more vibrant life is possible by cultivating a resilient body, calm mind and peaceful heart.

Laura strives for a healthy balance and checks in often with the School of Happiness Wheel to help guide the way: “The 8 Essential Elements to Health and Happiness.”

Laura draws upon her 28 years of teaching experience as an educator in the fitness industry to create fun and effective programming for other wellness seekers. She is the former editor of Beyond Fitness magazine and continues to write for various publications to guide others along their health and wellness journey.

As a former recipient of the canfitpro presenter of the year award and the Distinctive Women Trail Blazer of the Year award for 2016. she continues to teach and present at conferences and in corporations across the country.
