Our changing world is testing our boundaries and challenging our current realities.

Now more than ever we must adapt, learn to go with the flow, be creative, and do things differently.

Any form of change takes us out of our comfort zone and can leave us feeling un-grounded or uncertain. We are faced with making new choices about how we will move forward in our lives. The School of Happiness is adapting to keep up with the new needs of our customers.

These times are like swinging on a trapeze. We can either keep swinging on the same one or let go to reach for the next bar. Yet in the moment of letting go to launch forward, we float in suspension which requires a good dose of faith to trust the process. Living through change takes courage and having a good support system will serve as our safety net.


Our community is our support system.
I feel the energy rise every time we get together for our live online group sessions. Thank you to all of you who are showing up to share your vibe and vulnerabilities. Some days we take what we need to replenish ourselves and other days we have more to give when others need to be uplifted. Your contribution matters and I am grateful for your presence however you choose to arrive.
We all leave these sessions feeling better then when we began.


We are continuing to offer the gift of wellness.
